We are grateful for your donation and support of our organization. Donations are normally non-refundable but if you have made an error in making your donation or change your mind about contributing to our organization, please contact us. However, RM 1.50 will be charged for the operational cost of refunding. The method of refund will be processed depending on your original payment method:
- Online Bank Transfer, full refunds will be credited into your bank account via online bank transfer, which should be posted within 3-5 working days.
- Credit card refunds services, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank.
- Check or cash, refund will be issued by check and sent to you via mail.
AUTOMATED RECURRING DONATION CANCELLATION
Ongoing support is important to enabling projects to continue their work, so we encourage donors to continue to contribute to projects over time. But if you must cancel your recurring donation, please notify us immediately.
We reserve the right to amend this policy from time to time if deemed necessary, in which no prior notification or approval from the donators is required.
