Please note that YAYASAN AL-MUKHLISIN have the rights to change the contents of the terms and conditions without any notice. Any violation of rules and regulations of these terms and conditions, we will take immediate actions against the offender(s).

Unless otherwise noted, all materials, including images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, video clips, and written and other materials that appear as part of this Site, in other words “Contents of the Site” are copyrights, trademarks, trade dress and/or other intellectual properties owned, controlled or licensed by YAYASAN AL-MUKHLISIN.

All comments and feedbacks to YAYASAN AL-MUKHLISIN will be remain yayasanmukhlisin20@gmail.com.
User shall agree that there will be no comment(s) submitted on our website will violate any rights of any third party, including copyrights, trademarks, privacy of other personal or proprietary right(s). Furthermore, the user shall agree there will not be content of unlawful, abusive, or obscene material(s) submitted to the site. User will be the only one responsible for any comment’s content made.
Newsletter
User shall agree that we may send newsletter regarding the latest news/campaigns/promotions etc. through email to the user.

Any access link to third party sites is at your own. We shall not be hold responsible for any content that appears on your website. You agree to protect and defend us against all claims that is rising on your website. From time to time, there may be information on this website that contains typographical error, inaccuracies, omissions, that may relate to any campaign, availability and article contents. We reserve the rights to correct any errors, inaccuracies, change or edit information without prior notice to the users. If you are not satisfy/accept with our information, please do not continue to use this Site.
Donation Payment
The default option for donation payment is a monthly transaction. You will be given the choice to select your preferred method of giving. By selecting recurring donation options, you authorize YAYASAN AL-MUKHLISIN to automatically transfer your gift each month from the account you provide-the transaction will appear on your checking account or credit card statement. You can select the 1st or 15th* of each month for monthly transactions. Please note: this only applies to recurring or monthly donation.
The financial institution you identify on the donation form is authorized to debit or charge your donation to the account indicated. This authority will remain in effect until you have given YAYASAN AL-MUKHLISIN at least 10 days’ notice that this authorization has been terminated. Please understand that you must give advance notice to allow reasonable time for your instructions to be executed. If ever an incorrect amount should be entered into your account, you authorize your financial institution to make the appropriate adjustment on your behalf.
*In cases when the 1st or 15th of the month falls on a weekend, the transaction will be made on the following business day.

Charitable Solicitation Disclosure
YAYASAN AL-MUKHLISIN is registered non-profit organization with the Malaysia Authority. All donations are not eligible for Tax Exemption receipt. We appreciate your continuous support and apologise for any inconvenience caused. Consolidated tax receipts will be issued at the end of the year and receipts will be issued in the name provided under “My Contact Details” on the online donation form.
